Shipping and Returns
Free Shipping for orders over $100.00 / orders under $100.00 will incur a $8.50 Shipping Fee.

Our goal is to ship your order within 3 business days from receipt of your order with the exception of our Linens.
Linens are made to order, so please allow approximately 7 business days for linen order shipping.
Customer will be notified via email if there is any anticipated delay.
Orders placed after noon will be processed the following business day.
Please check with our Customer Service Staff so that we may confirm that the products are available for immediate shipping.

Approximate time from ship to delivery (holiday shipment time may differ)
Ground - 5-7 business days
Express - 3 business days
2nd Day - 2 business days
Next Day - 1 business day
Please contact us if you wish us to ship to a Post Office Box, Rural Route, or a A.P.O./F.P.O. address.
Some countries may charge the recipient additional fees: import duties, taxes and associated handling charges.
Free Shipping Limitations
Free shipping applies only to orders that are delivered to a single address in the lower forty-eight United States.
It does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.
Free shipping does not apply to orders that are shipped to a Post Office Box, a APO/FPO address, or International Orders.
Free shipping applies to items purchased thru our on-line store, thus the offer is not valid on orders where we have applied any other additional discounts.
Free shipping does not apply to any order where a cancellation or return will reduce the total product purchase to a total below $100.00.
Example: If you purchase $130.00 in product and you return $40.00 of products, your actual total ($90) would fall below the minimum $100.00 Free Shipping minimum, in these cases, a shipping charge of $8.50 will then be deducted from your refund.

We stand behind our products.
We want happy customers, so if for some reason you have decided not to keep the products ordered, you may return them within 10 days with a Return Authorization Number.
To obtain a Return Authorization Number please contact us via email/phone regarding your return request.
Returned products must be in the original packaging and condition, with tags attached.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns should be made via UPS/USPS/Fedex or other carrier that offers insurance and product tracking services.
We're sorry, we cannot be responsible for returns that do not arrive and cannot be tracked.
